A 1973 graduate of Springfield College, Bill began his career as a physical education teacher and football and baseball coach at Don Bosco High School in Boston, MA. His love of sports and healthy competition made him a successful football and baseball coach and continues to be a part of his daily life.
Bill began selling life insurance in 1978, and earned his CFP designation from the College of Financial Planning in Denver, CO in 1984. This designation allowed Bill to expand his services to include all aspects of financial planning. Focusing on small business owners, Bill began building a client base of companies and individuals looking for personal service and financial advice on a quickly changing market.
Bill’s interest and aptitude for investments helped get him noticed – he was recruited by a national publicly-traded tax preparation and financial planning company in 1998. Bill was given his own office in Salem, MA and his growing client base grew even further.
In Salem, Bill incorporated the very important task of Tax Preparation into his financial planning services. With five successful years of combined tax preparation and financial planning in Salem, Bill purchased the practice for his own in July of 2003 – establishing Bill Libardoni, CFP. Bill is licensed to do business in the following states: Massachusetts, Florida, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.
Bill lives in Woburn with his wife Mary Ellen. Together they have four children. When not watching the stock market or attending his son’s football games, Bill likes to golf, ski, and play racquetball.

Bill hired Zohreh King in January of 2000. Zohreh manages the office and oversees the tax preparation side of the practice. With Zohreh at the computer, we can insure all of our returns are filed properly and E-filed in a timely manner.
Nancy DePasquale came on board in January of 2005. Nancy brings a great attitude and professional efficiency to the front desk operations. Vital to both Bill and Zohreh, Nancy has been a fantastic addition to the team. |
