Nancy J. Libardoni, ChFC
Nancy Libardoni is currently a chartered financial consultant (ChFC) at Libardoni Financial, an income tax and financial planning firm based in Salem, MA. After spending over 20 years as an executive learning leader, Nancy is passionate and enthusiastic about empowering women and individuals to make informed financial decisions for their future. She is registered as an investment advisor.
Prior to joining Libardoni Financial, Nancy was the Vice President of Learning and Development and head of Gilbane University (a flagship internal training and talent development organization) at Gilbane Construction Company, a national construction and facility management company based in Providence, RI. While at Gilbane, Nancy defined and rolled out Gilbane’s leadership competencies, which provided the foundation for Gilbane’s formal leadership training programs. Nancy also championed the development of Gilbane’s 3-day executive leadership training event aimed at growing and developing the next generation of leaders at Gilbane. Under Nancy’s leadership, Gilbane University continued to earn Training Magazine’s recognition as one of the best corporate universities around the globe.
Nancy has also held leadership, training and development roles with increasing responsibility and scope at Thermo Fisher Scientific, The Gillette Company and Staples. She started her career as a sales agent in financial services, helping individuals prepare for their financial future with life, health, investments, and annuities.
Her global roles in training took her all over the world where she was fortunate to meet many women, men and families who shared a common thread to better understanding their financial circumstances to live their most meaningful lives. A trainer and true coach at heart, Nancy is looking forward to bringing her many years of training and coaching back to the financial world to make an impact on the lives of others.
When Nancy is not driving change in her professional life, you can find her enjoying time with her family, reading a good book, swimming, cooking and baking.
